To All Club Secretaries for onward distribution to Team Managers, Coaches etc

With 1 full Sunday weekend behind us and another just around the corner please can you remind all managers that they need to correctly submit their players for each fixture.

For all fixtures played at U9 and upwards the manager should be correctly reporting the starting number of players and those that played from the bench – a correct example for a U9 7v7 fixture below

I have listed some examples from the weekend of 15/9 of what managers have submitted, but this is not the exhaustive list.

Format : Started/bench

7v7   : 9/9, 0/10, 6/0, 8/0, 5/3, 9/0, 10/0, 0/9

9v9   : 0/1, 8/0, 8/1, 11/0, 8/3, 7/2, 11/0 and 13/0 from the same match

11v11 : 14/0 and 10/3 from the same match, 0/14, 15/0, 0/16, 0/11, 10/0, 12/1, 12/2, 10/5

The League will be monitoring this weekly and from Sunday 3rd November the league will be enforcing Rule 21 (C). This gives you all plenty of time to ensure that managers get used to checking that they have submitted their player details correct each week. The League will not accept any excuses from 3 November
